Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to our returns centre.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and have inspected it. Once inspected, we will notify you on the status of your refund or Exchange. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment or initiate a new order for any Exchange. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations
We only accept cancellation requests within 1 day for clothing. After this time, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
CONDITION AND PACKAGING OF RETURNED ITEMS
Any items returned must be in the same condition as purchased with original tags and packaging, and must be undamaged and unmarked.
In the event that the product has been used for periods longer than trying on, then no replacement, credit, or refund will be provided, except at our discretion.
