Remove Armor
Wash in a 30 degree cold wash(short cycle) using a non detergent/bleach powder such as Oxyclean, this is to protect the Kevlar from shrinking.

Streetbrawl pants saved my butt and my legs and my knees. I went down at 65 on the freeway. The pants held up perfectly. I would still be wearing them except the EMTs cut them off 👍

I tried on motorcycle pants at a store and couldn’t find a good fit. If they fit in one place they didn’t in another. In one the knee pad were on my shins. I talked to Ben about my concerns about buying online and he reassured me that he has a return policy and it wouldn’t be an issue it I didn’t want them. Well, he was right. I love them. They fit great, everywhere, pads in the right place and they’re actually comfortable!! I ordered mine and less than 6 days they were on my doorstep. I couldn’t be happier!!! These pants are quite good looking and they are very comfortable, especially considering the safety of the added padding. i especially like the mesh venting, which keeps me cool while writing on these warmer summer days.
The Flexguard Air Mesh jeans and shirt are AMAZING. Just the right amount of ventilation, great protection and range of motion. I also included the Level 2 back armor for the shirt; nice piece of gear as well.
I've received more than a couple of inquiries about the pants and the shirt and have sent folks to the Street Brawl website.
Yes-- I do look a bit "overdressed" for the summer weather but again, the ventilation is great and I am protected!
I am buying the Flexguard Hydro jeans in blue next, in preparation for the fall but I think the mesh will be great in the PNW early fall/late spring as well. Cheers!
Great jeans but i ordered the wrong size. Very comfortable, armor is flexable. Maybe put a strip of cloth where the boot clamps clip to the jeans. Air mesh worked great too! Im going to order another pair but going to try black this time. Great company to deal with, took less than two weeks to get.

As someone who lives & rides in Arizona, these pants are champions. They breathe extremely well & keep me cool like no other armored pants that I've owned. Extremely comfortable too.

Took a two day ride through the beautiful Ozarks, wearing the jeans for the first time. Super comfortable and my friends are probably gonna be ordering a pair now.
Ok ordered these two weeks before Sturgis and have worn them for a week so far. Rain or shine I’m happy with them. Catches every breeze I like that.
Only draw back is they slip down so I’m always pulling them up. Belt doesn’t help so plan on suspenders. Only draw back.
I love my riding shirt/jacket, it's great looking and heavy, it has great air flow with upgrade on armor. I recommend highly.
I also bought the pants. Great air flow. I recommend ordering a bit smaller than actual size. They are comfortable.
I’ve been riding in the Street Bawl motorcycle pants for the past three days in some pretty hot weather, and I have to say I’m extremely impressed. They’re not only comfortable and have a great fit, but they’re also surprisingly comfortable in the heat and do a great job of keeping me cool while riding.
After three days of riding, I can confidently say I highly recommend these if you’re looking for motorcycle clothing that performs well in hot weather without sacrificing comfort. I’ll definitely be purchasing more pairs in the future—not just the Flex Air version, but some of their other styles as well.
Very impressed so far!
This August I put about 3200 miles down the road with these pants starting from upstate New York down to northern Tennessee over to Missouri and up to Chicago. We got rain multiple times and did not escape the heat or humidity at all. The mesh fabric on lower legs and upper thighs helped tremendously. The pants fit well and and we’re very comfortable.
Well, they originally showed up missing hip pads, but the service guy made that right….after sending proof pics that the pockets were empty.
But, I had been to 3 bike shops to try pants on in person and didn’t find anything I was willing to spend on. These are comfortable, and I especially love that you can adjust knee pads to fit the place you want them.
Also very comfortable in hot weather, easy on off, hopefully I’ll never need to test the quality, but I am happy with the purchase.

The hip pads should have an additional attachment so the do not twist. The knee protection is a little difficult to align
These pants are my go to over jeans. Way more protective
I actually ordered these jeans for my husband, who really needed to improve his protection for riding. They fit perfectly, and are cooler than his jeans for riding in the Tucson heat (currently only 107 degrees) Luckily, he hasn't had the occasion to test the level of protection afforded by the kevlar, but all of his riding buddies assure him that they are well worth the investment.
Street brawl exceeded my expectations. I needed a different size than the one that arrived and they easily made it possible to exchange them. The new size fits perfectly and I’m very satisfied. Great customer service!
I like the feel of the material, very comfy. Like the air flow in the upper thigh area. Dislike the short zipper terribly. It makes it hard to slide the jeans on and off as well as being tight and hard to use the bathroom.
Much better than I was hoping for ! Very comfortable, mesh ventilation on top of thighs and front of shins make these much better than regular jeans in mid day Texas heat, and with awesome protection too !!!! Measured as instructions said to do before ordering and fit is perfect !! Going to buy a couple more pair to rotate and have for trips.
The jeans look nice and fit well
If you stand on the pegs while riding you get a nice cooling breeze
But...
Only the pockets holding the CE armor are kevlar, everything else is just denim
The standard CE armor is particularly stiff and irritate the skin on my knees
I find my Ripple Pure Grit jeans are nicer, very soft, comfortable, have full kevlar lining and are less $$

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and glad the fit and airflow are working for you. I did want to clear up one thing though, because it is an important one.
The protective Kevlar® fiber in our jeans is not limited to the armor pockets. It is woven through the denim itself, so every part of the denim carries that abrasion protection, rather than patches or panels stitched in at certain points.
On the armor, if the standard CE pads are not comfortable on your knees, we do offer a RHEON ARMOUR upgrade set. It is a flexible, low-profile armor that stays soft and moves with you, then hardens on impact, and most riders find they barely notice it once riding. You can find it on the store under RHEON ARMOUR Jeans Upgrade Set.

These jeans are very nice. They flow air,comfortable, the knee armor as usual does not sit over your knee correctly, but that’s to be expected. I ordered separate strap on knee armor. That fixed it. I would recommend these jeans as long as you get different knee armor.
Jeans that are comfortable and vent really well. I thought my jeans were riding up my leg because of all the wind on my shins. Turns out pants were still covering my boots and I enjoyed a comfortable breeze the entire ride.
