The armour being impact-tested above is RHEON™ — the same active-polymer protection you get with the Hip & Knee Armour Upgrade.
Both options are CE Level 2 certified — the higher of the two impact ratings. Every pair ships fully protected as standard. The upgrade is about how the armour feels and performs, not whether you're covered.
Winner CE Level 2 — Included. Proven Level 2 protection that meets the highest CE impact standard. Firm, reliable, and included at no extra cost.
RHEON™ ARMOUR CE Level 2 — +$59.95. Same Level 2 certification, engineered to ride better. RHEON™ is an active polymer — soft and flexible while you ride, then hardens instantly on impact to absorb and disperse energy. It's lower-profile and lighter, so it sits closer to the body and you barely notice it's there until you need it. The upgrade for riders who want all-day comfort without giving up protection.

As a 6 foot tall woman that is all legs I have struggled find good motorcycle pants that were not only long enough but fit properly. These are by far the best fitting and most comfortable I’ve found! Between a custom inseam request and the adjustable kneepads I’m finally able to have the perfect fit I’ve been looking for!
I love this product, FlexGuard Hydro Protective Motorclycle Jeans. Well done, nice fabric and nice color (nice black) and very very confortable. I bought the Bootcut Edition, the wide lower leg finished and they fit perfectly with my MX Boots. They come with big front pockets, even the waterproof with the zipper. The pants are very well finished and well perfect seams. It is a true 38x32 as my Levi's. You can adjust the knee pads height for your nees, as the pads are inside a pocket and supported by a velcro but you don't notice them.
They are full AAA protection bottom to top, and water resistant strech Kevlar blend for all-day confort. They are not hot, even riding at 95°F.
The protection inside are not bulky at all and you can't tell you wear a motorcycle pants. I really recomend them. I ordered them on Aug 15 and they were delivered on Aug 28 as expected. Congratulations to the company StreetBrawl Clothing !!!
Store owner replied:
Thanks Ruben, really appreciate you taking the time. The bootcut was built for riders in tall boots, so it's great to hear it's doing its job.

This is the third pair that I have had and these pants are wonderful. I am sure that they will last for a very long time, and the main reason I have bought more is that I have lost weight and I needed to downsize.
I have the upgraded pads in this pair and they are so comfortable. These are comfortable, repel water, have really deep pockets so toue stuff can’t calm our when fording, and even have a waterproof zipper pocket for things you may worry about.
I have worn these pants for thousands and thousands of miles and love them. Really I cannot say enough about these pants. They are the best.
If you are on the fence, just get them. You won’t regret it.
Store owner replied:
Jonathan, thank you for taking the time to put this together, it means a lot. Three pairs in and thousands of miles logged is exactly what we build these for, and congratulations on the weight loss too. Great to hear the upgraded pads are treating you well. Ride safe out there, and we'll be here whenever pair number four calls. Ben, Streetbrawl Clothing
I was looking for a pair of riding jeans that looked like a normal pair of jeans and didn’t scream look at me I’m wearing protective gear. The look and fit were great. I used the fitting guidelines using my favorite pair of jeans and it was spot on. I would recommend 1 to 2 inches longer because they do ride up a bit when seated on a bike. They are heavy and they inspire confidence that they will undoubtedly stand up to a slide. They are a bit warm in hot weather but not unbearable. I live in Ohio so they will be perfect in the majority of the riding season. If you live in warmer climates I’d recommend the air flow version. The water repellant worked well the one time I got caught in the rain. Highly recommend.
Store owner replied:
Hi Keith,
Thank you for taking the time to put together such a detailed review, and for the video too. It's genuinely appreciated.
Great to hear the fitting guidelines worked out and the fit was spot on, and your tips on length for riding position and the airflow version for warmer climates will be really useful for other riders reading this.
Glad the water repellent came through for you when you got caught out. Enjoy the rest of the Ohio riding season in your new gear.
Ride safe,

Glad I have these pants. I haven’t had a spill yet, but it’s not if you get a spill but when you get a spill.
Store owner replied:
John, thank you for this, and for taking the time to put it on video. That means a lot coming from a man who runs his own show over at Motordog69. Glad the bootcuts are treating you right, and it's been a genuine pleasure sorting you out. Ride safe and all the very best to you and the business.

Im wearing the riding jeans in Norway today, Im the first bike in the video. The temps were in the low 50’s all day. These pants are great in the cold and wind!! Almost 200 miles today around Ålesund and Runde island with Edelweiss tours. I will be wearing these again tomorrow! Very comfy!
Best of three different brands that I have purchased. One suggestion for improvement would be softer interior material in the area of the kneepads to prevent wearing abrasion.
These FlexGuard protective motorcycle pants wear as a regular pair of relaxed bootcut jeans would under similar conditions. I have worn these pants to appointments, grocery shopping and meals. Nobody appears the wiser that I am wearing Kevlar AAA rated motorcycle pants. The pants to have some heft given the materials and pads but the weight is not noticeable to me either on the bike or walking in public.
I also note that the pants timely and expeditiously arrived notwithstanding their departure location.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a great video review, Mario. Really appreciate it.
It’s always helpful for other riders to see the jeans on a real customer and hear genuine feedback on the fit, sizing, comfort, and protection. Reviews like this make a big difference for other people trying to choose the right gear.
Glad to hear you’re happy with them, and thanks again for supporting StreetBrawl.
Thank you for the 36” inseam.
These seem like a great product and I will buy more.
Store owner replied:

I just received my riding pants. Already in a ride with them on. Love them!
Very comfortable, if i were to change something then it would be the zipper, its a little on the short side, makes getting the tackle out very difficult and if you were to factor in cold weather then you would have a real job on your hands. Overall i love them because the fit perfectly over riding boots which is what i was after.
These arrived about three weeks ago and I ordered them in a custom size. So far, I love them. The material is flexible and comfortable—close to a normal pair of jeans - though you can definitely feel the Kevlar lining, which feels substantial and confidence, which is inspiring for abrasion resistance. I upgraded to the CE2 knee protection and it sits in the right spot and feels solid. The custom sizing is a huge win and honestly the only way I’ve been able to get motorcycle jeans that actually fit me. Big fan.
Fit great once I returned two previous pairs (a pair with the mesh [didn’t like] and a larger hydro pair). I haven’t ridden with them yet but as comfortable as they are I’m sure they’ll function fine. I’m 6’4” and 210 lbs and they fit lose enough to be comfortable even with the pads in. Plenty of length for stretching out on the bike. I haven’t washed them yet but I’ll post an update once I do. The only nits I have with the whole purchase is that they took a while to come in (a couple weeks) and I had to pay for the return shipping on the exchange… not cheap and at this price and being mail order you’d think you’d get at least one free exchange. Overall happy with the product though.
Honestly, I was a little nervous about ordering these made in, and shipped from, Pakistan jeans. Just got my first pair of FlexGuard Hydro® Bootcut Jeans today, and they are awesome! I am 5'10"-180 lbs, and ordered 32"x32" jeans...perfect fit. The construction and materials are nice and they are extremely comfortable. Plenty of room and stretch in the legs. The armor pads are substantial. I can't even feel the hip pads, but the knee pads are definitely noticeable. Maybe they will break in. Otherwise I'll just remove them. I plan on ordering another pair.
These are high quality, well made protective jeans. They fit well, are comfortable and look good. I had an issue because I had lost some weight, their customer service was unbelievably accommodating. This is a good product from a good company.
Fit great and they are comfortable. Don’t notice the hip pads while riding. The knee pads are flat and noticeable. Knee pads should be more formed in a curve. The knee pads at the lowest setting are fine standing but ride up above my knees while riding or bending making them useless. I do feel better believing the material will save road rash if sh@t happens.
Once I dialed in my size, they fit perfect… I didn’t care for the vented front version so traded them for the hydro version… much better looking and fitting. As stated in the description, if you’re over 6’2” you will need the tall shirt option. Other than that, true to size even with the pads in. Boot cut bottoms leave just enough room for 12” shaft boots. Being mail order though, free returns for exchanges would be nice (especially given the price of the individual items). Haven’t worn on the road yet but they seem like they’ll function great (fit and comfort). Hope to never test the protection effectiveness. Will be interesting to see how they hold up to repeated washing and drying…
Five stars for fit and looks. My only concern is the knee pads float off the knee a bit to the side when riding and don’t cover the knee in the riding position as well. I noticed the pads fall into place when I get off the bike and hope that would be the case if I ever go down.
These are very well made and the price is fair for the quality.
Love the boot cut! The other brand I have look like skinny jeans and my wife laughed when I put them on. She loves the look of these. I wear them even in the hot central Carolina days and am comfortable. 👍👍
The pants are good. The experience with your company was outstanding.
I ordered custom pants and they were way to big. Over email we were able to settle this quickly and a new pair were delivered in a couple of weeks.
As far as the pants go. I am a big guy, extra weight but I was also a lifter for years. The knee pads end up lining up on the inside of the knee, even when standing. I figure it would be a little better to be on the outside considering that is where a slide will begin.
Absolutely love them! As comfortable as regular jeans and feel a new level of protection that I hope I never realize. But it's there in case! Thanks for a really impressive pair of jeans.
Look like a normal pair of jeans. The feel is a little more stretchy than jeans, but still act like regular jeans. The kneepads are a little difficult to adjust, but I feel like it’s just because I don’t have to do it in every set of jeans I own. I will say that they do hold heat pretty well, but that should be expected with this level of coverage. Write out of the bag I had the opportunity to test the water resistance, and they performed wonderfully! Definitely would recommend these for long distance rides, especially in to unknown territories. I will also order a pair of the summertime riding jeans.
These are great jeans, very comfortable, and seem to breathe well, so riding in hot weather isn't a torture. The only thing that I'm not completely satisfied with is the knee pads. They are difficult to get set properly because they are part of the pants and sitting, or standing they shift, as well as seem to move sideways a bit, of course that may just be a symptom of jeans in general because all of mine seem to twist a bit in the leg. I've been considering pulling them out and getting some type of padding that affixes directly to the leg via elastics so that they will stay on the knee no matter what. Possibly if the pads were wider and maybe shaped to fit the knee better, they would be perfect. I hope I never have to find out how well they do in a slide!
These are really nice quality jeans that fit true to size. I did order one size bigger in the waist to be safe. The stretch material helps to a point also. Had to adjust the armor position after contacting back and getting some tips on it but now spot on.
