RHEON™ ARMOUR Upgrade Set - CE Level 2

Engineered with RHEON™. Most armour forces a trade-off: real protection means stiff, bulky pads you feel on every ride. This set throws that trade-off out.

RHEON™ is an energy-absorbing polymer that stays soft and flexible while you ride, then stiffens the instant it takes an impact — absorbing and dissipating the force, then going soft again. You get certified protection that moves with you, not against you.

What's in the set
Four CE Level 2 inserts — a complete two-zone upgrade in one box. The set works for either pairing depending on where you need protection:

• Hip & Knee — for your riding jeans
• Elbow & Shoulder — for your jacket or riding shirt

Same four inserts, your choice of fitment. Each set covers two body zones.

Impact protection: RHEON™ — a dynamic, energy-absorbing polymer engineered by RHEON. Soft and flexible in its natural state, it stiffens on impact to absorb and dissipate energy, then returns to soft.

Four inserts per set: two limb protectors (knee/elbow) and two shoulder/hip protectors.

• Remove all armour inserts before washing the garment.
• Wipe inserts clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry away from direct heat.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean the inserts.
• Store flat, away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat.
• Inspect periodically; replace if cracked, deformed, or after a significant impact.

RHEON™ ARMOUR is independently certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2 — the highest impact-protection level under the standard for limb and shoulder/hip protectors. Every insert in this set carries Level 2 certification.

In its natural state the material is soft and pliable, soaking up everyday knocks and bumps. When it's hit with a higher-energy impact, the polymer reacts instantly — stiffening to absorb and spread the load, reducing the shock transferred to your body.
