Description

Engineered with RHEON™. Most back protectors force a trade-off: real spinal protection means a stiff, bulky board you feel on every ride. This one doesn't. It uses RHEON™ active polymer to deliver certified CE Level 2 protection in a slim, flexible panel that moves with you.

RHEON™ is an energy-absorbing polymer that stays soft and flexible while you ride, then stiffens the instant it takes an impact — absorbing and dissipating the force before going soft again. You get full-length spinal coverage that bends and flexes naturally, not a rigid plate digging into your back.

What it is

A full-length back protector (Full Back, L/XL) that drops straight into the rear armour pocket of your StreetBrawl jacket or shirt. At 16mm thick and 379g, it adds serious protection without the bulk — upgrading any rear pocket from basic foam to certified CE Level 2.

Care Instructions

  • Remove the back protector before washing the garment
  • Wipe inserts clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry away from direct heat.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean the inserts.
  • Store flat, away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat.
  • Inspect periodically; replace if cracked, deformed, or after a significant impact.

Certification

RHEON™ ARMOUR is independently certified to EN 1621-3:2018 Level 2 — the highest impact-protection level under the European standard for motorcycle back protectors.

EN 1621-3 is the dedicated standard for central back protectors, measuring how much impact force the protector transmits in a controlled strike. Level 2 is the top rating, transmitting less force than Level 1.
